The Vantage philosophy and policy is to provide our service on a risk free basis.
We have 100% confidence in the service we provide. We don't ask for payment until we have
delivered our service, and even then you are only obliged to pay if you believe that our strategies and plans will
earn you more than our fee. If you don't believe our advice will generate additional profits for your business, you
simply don't pay for the advice.
We feel though that scenario is unlikely. Our strategies and tactics work, they are proven
to be effective. We believe that the more likely scenario is that you will be keen to continue using our services
and advice long in to the future, in order to maximise the potential of your business.
Our service is generally charged on a fixed fee basis.
However, when we come across high potential candidates we do on occasion work on a
percentage basis, whereby instead of charging a fixed fee, we instead agree to take a percentage of any increase in
sales generated for an agreed time period, ranging from two to five years. This is the ultimate "win win" scenario,
and we reserve it only for our Elite clients who show us a huge appetite for learning and growing their
When we work on a percentage basis, it becomes more than a client based relationship, it
becomes a joint venture. We work continuousy with you advising and helping with the marketing and promotion of your
business. When we partner in this way, we clearly expect to see significant growth in the your sales and profits.
As you can obviously imagine, joint ventures of this nature are clearly lucrative for both parties.
How do we select elite candidates to partner with?
We look for enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. We look for someone who has aggressive
goals and ambitions. We study the responses you give on your initial "self assessment" questionaire and then
confirm those findings during our initial consultation with you.
The biggest benefit to you when you become one our Elite clients, is that we are constantly
following up and ensuring that you are fully implementing our strategies. Our continual monitoring, help and
feedback are priceless, it drives you to attain your goals.
If you believe you have the drive and ambition we're looking for, make sure you mention that
you would like to be considered for an Elite client status when completing your self assessment. But be warned,
only a small minority of applicants are successful.
The Consultancy Process
Whether you are an Elite client or a fixed fee client, our consultancy service begins when
you complete our detailed "Self Assessment" questionaire. It gives us information on you, your attitudes and your
goals. It also gives us details of your business in terms of your service and products, your market, your size and
your assets etc. Your assessment is the foundation of everything we go on to do with you.
Once we have reviewed your assessment, we will visit you for an initial consulation of
between one to two hours. This helps us to complete the picture of both you and your business. (Dependant on the
package you choose and your location, we may do the consultation over the phone)
The next step is for us to draw up a detailed plan for your business. It will contain
strategies primarily for growing your business and improving your customer service. The strategies will be geared
towards achieving your stated growth objectives and goals.
When you've had the opportunity to review your Business Plan, we will follow up with a
second consultation of similar duration, to walk you through the strategies and address any questions you have. It
is only at this point, if you are happy with everything we have provided, that you will be asked to pay our fee. If
you are not happy, you don't pay a penny. (Elite clients will pay annually based on sales growth).
You will then be offered optional follow up consultations to review your progress at
intervals to be agreed by you (free to Elite clients). Whilst these are optional, the prospect of follow up reviews
keeps you focused on employing the strategies we develop for you, which means you achieve the growth we have
targeted for you. It's a fact that when progress is not measured against targets, it tends to be less.
You will always be treated with respect and you will never be pressured to commit to our
services. We will always put your needs before ours, and we will in fact teach you to treat your clients and
customers in the same way. It's our fundamental business principle that underpins everything we do and
