Is The Self
Assessment Questionnaire Free?
The questionnaire is free to download and there are no obligations when you do so. Simply print it off once you have registered your details and answer the
questions. The questions on the questionnaire will stimulate
your mind straight away to think about how you are currently operating your business and will give you clues
as to what you may not now be doing that you really should be!
Once you have completed the questions, you can select on the back form which of our services you would like
to use, and then post the questionnaire to us for our evaluation. Needless to say, your information will be kept confidential and will not be
shared with anyone.

I Think The
Price Is Too High?
We believe our packages offer potential
returns that far outweigh our charges. Think of our fee as an
investment in your business rather than a cost. Consider how much
your sales have to grow to recoup your money?
For example: If your business turns over £30,000
per annum, our £697 Marketing package represents only 2% of your sales. We are absolutely confident that we can grow your business by much more
than that! And not just this year, the strategies we give you
will grow your business each and every year going forward!
And remember, if you don’t believe the marketing plan you receive will make you more than you have paid us,
you won’t have to pay us a penny!
But if, as we hope will be the case, you’re thrilled with our plans for your business, you’ll
be given the opportunity to earn £100 per referral you send us.

I Don’t Think
I Can Afford To Pay All At Once?
If you can’t pay our fees in one hit, we will in most instances split the fee due in to two
monthly payments to help your cash flow. Please ask at your
first consultation meeting.

When Do I Have
To Pay?
Timing of payment varies depending on the package/service you choose as
follows:
a) Questionnaire based Marketing Plan only (payment
due within 1 week of receipt)
b) Consultations based Marketing Plan (payment due
after 2nd consultation)
c) Website Design & Hosting (payment due when site goes live on the web)
d) SEO package (payment due when prime keyword phrase achieves Google page 1)
e) Bundle packages (payments due as per guidelines above)

How Does Your
Guarantee Work Exactly?
Simple, if you really don’t believe our marketing strategies will work for your business to
the extent that they will earn you more than our fee, you won’t owe us a penny.
If you ask us to design you a web site and you’re not happy with it, you don’t have to take
it.
You don’t have to pay us for our SEO work if we fail to rank your web site on page one of
Google for your agreed prime keyword phrase. If you do appear on
page one for it, you will be obliged to pay, but the page one ranking will more than pay for
itself.

What Is The
Actual Process?
We normally ask you to complete our detailed "Self Assessment" questionnaire. It gives us
information on you, your attitudes and your goals. It also gives us details of your business in terms of your
service and products, your market, your size and your assets etc. Your assessment is the foundation of
everything we go on to do with you.
You simply need to tick the services you wish us to undertake on the last page of the
questionnaire and return it to us.
Once we have reviewed your completed assessment, we will visit you for an initial consultation
of between one to two hours. This helps us to complete the picture of both you and your business. (If you
have selected our basic package, there will be no consultation visits).
The next step is for us to draw up a detailed marketing plan for your business. It will
contain strategies primarily for growing your business and improving your customer service. The
strategies will be geared towards achieving your stated growth objectives and goals.
In parallel with preparing your plan, we will work on any other packages you ordered, such as
the design of your web site or on getting your sites ranked highly on Google and other search
engines.
Once you’ve had the opportunity to review your Marketing Plan, we will follow up with a second
consultation of similar duration, to walk you through the strategies and address any questions you
have. It is only at this point, if you are happy with everything we have provided, that you will
be asked to pay our fee. If you are not happy, you don't pay a penny.
You will always be treated with respect and will never be pressured to commit to our
services. We will always put your needs before ours, and we will teach you to treat your clients and
customers in the same way. It's our fundamental business principle that underpins everything we do and
say.

I Don’t Think
I Have The Time Available To Do This?
You don’t need much extra time to do this. In the
main you simply need to do things differently! As for time, with
a little reorganization we can all find time when we need to.
How much tv do you watch? How many newspapers do you
read? How much time do you spend in the pub? How much of your time is actually spent on increasing your wealth or wealth
generating potential? Simply having a plan will increase
your productivity and improve your results. Not having enough
time to learn how to do things better is simply an excuse not to change.

How Do I Know
Your Plan Will Work For My Business?
